Boats, Baby Goats, and a Feast Worth the Wait

It's been a busy and fun week at camp — we're deep into planning performances for a show we're hosting this Saturday. It's open to the public, so please come!!! It will feature skits and performances by our community. Lots of rehearsals happening behind the scenes!

Yesterday we soaked up some lake time and got into our classes.

Schuyler got to explore some of the most remote parts of the property, cruising through in the rough rider wheelchair and the Kubota — an adventure all its own.

We wrapped up the day with a trip to the movies to see Toy Story 5.

Today started off with a visit from the petting zoo, who brought along a baby goat and their miniature horse! Jojo also hosted her annual empanada-making class, gearing us all up for her Puerto Rican Dinner Feast — the one we've been waiting for all year.

After lunch we piled into the vans to set off on a boating adventure! We spent the afternoon cruising out on a lake, laughing, splashing, and soaking up the sun.

We can't wait for tomorrow — we're gearing up for our red carpet debut and the official screening of the short film Stella put together on our community. Stay tuned!
